Terms of Service

1. Definitions

"Julli Jets" refers to Julli Jets Ltd, registered in England and Wales. "Client" refers to any individual or company making a charter enquiry or booking. "Operator" refers to the licensed air carrier providing the aircraft and crew. "Charter" refers to the exclusive hire of an aircraft for the Client's use.

2. Role of Julli Jets

Julli Jets acts as an independent aviation broker. We arrange charters on behalf of Clients with licensed Operators. The contract of carriage is between the Client and the Operator. Julli Jets is not an air carrier and does not operate aircraft.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to aircraft availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking confirmation and deposit payment. Full payment must be received no less than 7 days prior to departure, or immediately for bookings made within 7 days of departure.

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 14 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
• 7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• 2–7 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee
• Less than 48 hours before departure: 100% of charter fee

5. Liability

Julli Jets' liability is limited to the broker's fee received. The Operator's standard conditions of carriage and insurance apply to the carriage of passengers and their baggage. Julli Jets strongly recommends clients obtain personal travel insurance.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
